摘要
为研究马铃薯秧蔓的剪切力学特性,弥补马铃薯秧蔓力学特性参数不足,以成熟期品种中薯8号为试验材料,通过三元二次回归正交旋转组合试验研究了取样位置、含水率和剪切速度3个因素对马铃薯秧单位直径最大剪切力的单因素影响和双因素影响,并建立了其与马铃薯秧单位直径最大剪切力之间的影响回归模型。结果表明:回归模型与试验结果拟合程度较好,可分别用于预测马铃薯秧单位直径最大剪切力的变化情况。该研究为马铃薯秧机械化切割回收装备的设计和选择最佳的马铃薯收获期提供了数据支持和理论依据。
In order to study the shear mechanical properties of potato vines and make up for the lack of mechanical parameters of potato vines,this paper uses the mature cultivar Zhongshu No.8 as the experimental material to study the sampling position and water content through the ternary quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination test.The three factors of rate and shear rate have a single factor effect on the maximum shear force per unit diameter of potato mash and two factors,and a regression model between the maximum shear force per unit diameter of potato mash was established.The results show that the regression model fits well with the experimental results and can be used to predict the change of the maximum shear force per unit diameter of potato.This study provides data support and theoretical basis for the design of potato melon mechanized cutting and recycling equipment and the selection of the best potato harvest.
