成熟期白萝卜缨的拉伸力学特性试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了给白萝卜收获机的设计提供必要的数据支撑,对白萝卜缨的物理力学特性进行试验研究。为此,测量白萝卜的茎秆长度、根部长度、茎秆根数、含水率等物理几何特征,研究了白萝卜茎秆直径、含水率、加载速度3个因素分别对于白萝卜茎秆拉伸力的影响;利用Design Expert软件建立了3个因素与白萝卜茎秆直径拉伸特性之间的影响回归模型,分析双因素交互作用对于茎杆拉伸力的影响。结果表明:茎秆直径对于白萝卜茎秆拉伸力影响显著,含水率和加载速度对其影响不显著;得到的回归模型与试验结果拟合程度较好,可用于预测白萝卜茎秆拉伸力的变化情况。试验研究为白萝卜收获机关键部件的设计和研发提供了数据和理论依据支持。 In view of the lack of necessary data support in the design of white radish harvester,the physical and mechanical properties of white radish tassel were studied.The stem length,root length,stem number,stem diameter and other physical and geometric characteristics of white radish were measured.Through studying the single factor influence of stem radius,moisture content and loading speed on the tensile force of white radish stem,the regression model of the influence of these factors and the tensile characteristics of white radish tassel was established by using design expert software,The effect of the interaction of two factors on the tensile force of stem was analyzed.The results showed that the stem diameter had significant effect on the tensile force of radish stem,but the moisture content and loading speed had no significant effect on it;The regression model can be used to predict the tensile strength of radish.This study provides data and theoretical support for the design and development of key components of radish harvester.
