摘要
针对贵州山区覆膜种植条件下白萝卜种子播种过程中的无机械化问题,结合白萝卜种植农艺要求设计了一种电驱动膜上机械式精密播种机,主要用于起垄覆膜后进行膜上自走式白萝卜播种作业。同时,分析和确定了其整机及关键部件的主要结构参数,并采用静态试验和田间播种试验检验了播种机播种性能。试验结果表明:播种合格指数为91.5%,漏播指数为5.4%,重播指数为7.0%,覆膜播种深度合格指数为90.5%,各项性能指标均符合播种机国家标准,作业质量满足白萝卜种植农艺要求。
In view of the non-mechanization problem in the process of white radish seed sowing under the condition of plastic film mulching planting in Guizhou mountainous area,a mechanical precision seeder driven by electric film was designed according to the farming requirement of white radish,the seeder is mainly used for self-propelled radish seeding on plastic film after Ridge forming.The main structure parameters of the whole machine and its key parts are analyzed and determined.The static test and field seeding test were used to test the seeding performance of the seeding machine.The results showed that the void index was 1.4%,the qualified index of seeding was 91.5%,the missed index was 5.4%,the reseeding index was 7.0%,the qualified index of film-mulched seeding depth was 90.5%,the results showed that all the performance indexes were in accordance with the national standard for quality evaluation of seeder and the operation quality met the requirements of white radish cultivation.
