摘要
以华苎4号苎麻为试验材料,测定了收获期其茎秆底部切割区的剪切机械物理特性与参数。结果表明:苎麻底部茎秆最大抗剪强度平均值为64.1 MPa,最大剪切破坏力平均值为6 435 N;剪切破坏力随茎秆直径增大而增加,但直径相近时,其剪切特性主要受苎麻成熟度、含水率等因素的影响;苎麻茎秆的剪切机械物理特性和参数与其木质部力学特性和参数有差异。
In this paper, the shearing characteristics and parameters of the bottom stalk of ramie Boehmeria nivea (L.) Gaud Huazhu 4 in harvesting period have been studied experimentally. The study shows that the mean maximum resistance intensity of shearing is 64. 1 MPa, the mean maximun destroying strength of shearing is 6 435 N, the shearing destroying strength increases along with the stalk diameter, and in'the case of similar diameters, the shearing characteristics are influenced mostly by the stalks maturity, moisture content and so on. Meanwhile, the mechanics parameters of the ramie stalk are different from its xylem parameters.
