摘要 以采摘机器人为研究对象,采用TCP网络通讯协议,以ARM系列的EXYNOS4412微处理器为核心,设计了一套采摘机器人远程视频监控系统。系统利用USB摄像头和环境监测摄像头获取机器人作业过程和周边环境图像,并能通过PC机的监控软件控制采摘机器人的运动状态。实验测试表明:PC机的监测软件可以实现USB摄像头和环境监测摄像头画面的切换,能够从多方位拍摄采摘环境图片;还可以根据环境状况控制采摘机器人的运动状态,验证了系统的可行性和可靠性。 Taking the picking robot as the research object,it designed and studied a remote video monitoring system for the picking robot by using the TCP network communication protocol and taking the ARM series EXYNOS4412 microprocessor as the core. The system uses the USB camera and the environmental monitoring camera to obtain the operation process and the surrounding environment image of the machine. And it can control the movement state of picking robot through the monitoring software of PC. The experimental test shows that the monitoring software of PC can switch between the USB camera and the environment monitoring camera,and can capture the picture of the environment from various directions. In addition,the software can also control the motion state of the robot according to the environment condition,and verify the feasibility and reliability of the system.
