摘要 为实现煤矿开采可视化监控,提出了融合多传感设备的煤矿开采可视化监控技术。分析了煤矿开采监控多传感数据融合模型、数据融合矩阵及可视化监控目标函数的构建。根据基于5G通信的可视化监控组件,采用最小二乘拟合法拟合监控数据;根据煤矿开采安全性指数处理高维度数据,避免大量重复且相似数据影响监控结果;计算可视化监控范围,通过数字孪生技术可视化表达监控数据。由验证实验结果可知:该技术监控的瓦斯、二氧化碳涌出量数据与理想数据分别存在最大为0.1 m^(3)/mi n、0.2 m^(3)/mi n的误差,说明使用该技术具有比较精准的监控效果。 To achieve visual monitoring of coal mining,a visual monitoring technology of coal mining with multi-sensor equipment was proposed.The construction of multi-sensor data fusion model,data fusion matrix and visual monitoring objective function of coal mining monitoring was analyzed.According to the visual monitoring component based on the 5G communication,the least squares fitting method was used to fit the monitoring data.According to the coal mining safety index,high-dimensional data was processed to avoid a large number of repeated and similar data affecting the monitoring results.The visual monitoring scope was calculated,and the monitoring data visual expression was achieved through the digital twin technology.It could be seen from the verification experiment results that the maximum error between the gas and carbon dioxide emission data monitored by this technology and the ideal data was 0.1 m^(3)/min and 0.2 m^(3)/min respectively,indicating that the use of this technology had quite accurate monitoring effect.
