摘要
目的:分析抗菌药物不合理应用致不良反应及临床预防对策。方法:回顾性分析我中心2017年9月至2018年6月使用抗菌药物出现不良反应患者的临床资料,对96例患者的抗菌药物种类、给药方式、累及系统或器官及表现进行调查、统计。结果:本研究96例不良反应患者中,β-内酰胺类用药62例(64.6%),喹诺酮类用药34例(35.4%);给药方式:静脉滴注50例(52.1%),皮下注射23例(24.0%),肌肉注射15例(15.6%),口服用药8例(8.3%);不良反应类型:神经系统反应11例(11.5%),消化系统反应19例(19.8%),皮肤及其附件的过敏反应22例(22.9%),心血管不良反应31例(32.3%)。结论:抗菌药物不合理应用致不良反应的情况比较复杂。
objective: to analyze the adverse effects caused by irrational application of antimicrobial drugs and clinical preventive measures. Methods:the clinical data of patients with adverse reactions using antimicrobial drugs from September 2017 to June 2018 were analyzed retrospectively, and 96 patients with antimicrobial drug types, administration methods, involvement systems or organs and their performance were investigated and counted.Conclusion: The situation of adverse reaction caused by irrational application of antimicrobial drugs is relatively complex, and it is helpful for rational application of antimicrobial drugs to take preventive measures to strengthen drug guidance.
