摘要
目的:研究小儿门诊急性上呼吸道感染的抗菌药物使用情况和价值。方法:此次研究于医院门诊选取2018年1月-2018年12月诊治的400例小儿急性上呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象,调查分析患儿抗菌药物的使用情况和药物不良反应发生等情况。结果:400例患儿中330例使用抗菌药物,使用率为82.50%,平均用药时间为(4.52±0.54)d;单一用药占总数的90.61%,显著高于二联用药占比;口服用药占比为80.30%,显著高于静脉滴注用药占比(P<0.05),无多种方式联合给药;患儿使用的抗菌药物中,主要包含5大类药物,其中头孢类抗菌药物使用最多;入组患儿使用抗菌药物后的药物不良反应发生率为5.45%,处于较低水平。结论:抗菌药物在小儿门诊的细菌性急性上呼吸道感染中,具有较高的使用率,对于缓解患儿的临床病症具有良好的应用价值。在抗菌药物临床应用中,应根据患儿的不同个体特征针对性选取药物使用的方式与途径,同时规范药物使用情况,提升抗菌药物使用的科学性与合理性。
Objective:To study the usage and value of antibiotics in children with acute upper respiratory tract in-fection.Methods:400 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects in the outpatient department of the hospital. The use of antibiotics and adverse drug reac-tions were investigated and analyzed.Results:Among the 400 cases,330 cases used antibiotics,the use rate was82.50%,the average time of using antibiotics was(4.52.54)days;90.61% of the total cases were treated with single drug,which was significantly higher than the proportion of combined drugs;80.30% were used orally,which was signifi-cantly higher than that of intravenous drip(P<0.05). Among the antibiotics used by the children,there were mainly 5 kinds of antibiotics,among which cephalosporins were the most frequently used. The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 5.45%,which was at a low level.Conclusion:Antibiotics have a high usage rate in acute upper respiratory tract in-fections in pediatric outpatient clinics,and have a good application value in alleviating the clinical symptoms of children.In the clinical application of antibiotics,we should select the ways and means of drug use according to the different indi-vidual characteristics of the children,and standardize the use of drugs,so as to improve the scientificity and rationality of the use of antibiotics.
