摘要
目的对泸州市2015—2017年3家不同级别的医院的盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液致不良反应的结果分析。方法选择西南医科大学附属医院、泸州市人民医院、泸州市纳溪区人民医院2015—2017年3年间的盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液致不良反应报告,进行分年限、分医院、多因素的分析。结果 3年来3家医院181例不良反应报告中,除性别无统计学差异外,其余年龄、疗程、型号、剂量、联合用药情况有差异。经多因素Logistic回归分析显示,不良反应与年龄、剂量的使用、以及联合用药有着密切的关系。而从反应类型来看,以神经系统反应和消化系统反应为主;从时间上来,3家医院每年的不良反应报告,逐年的变化无明显正负相关性。结论应进一步加强多辖区使用左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液的单位进行监控,对高危因素进行重点盯防,同时,还应该继续完善收集相关数据,从而为临床用药提供科学的依据。
Objective To analyze the results of adverse reactions caused by the levofloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection in some hospitals in Luzhou from 2015 to 2017. Methods The reports of adverse reactions caused by the levofloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection from 2015 to 2017 in the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University, Luzhou People’s Hospital, and Naxi District People’s Hospital were analyzed, according to year, hospital and multi-factors. Results Of 181 cases of adverse reactions in 3 hospitals in 3 years, the differences in the age, treatment course, mode, dosage and combined medication were obvious besides the gender, and the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that the adverse reactions had a close correlation with the age, dosage, and combined medication. and the nerve system reactions and digestive system reactions were the major diseases, and there was no obvious correlation from the adverse reaction report each year in 3 hospitals. Conclusion We should further enhance the monitoring of units using the levofloxacin hydrochloride, pay more attention to high-risk factors, and we should continue to improve the collection of related data thus providing scientific basis for the clinical medication.
