摘要
目的分析亚砷酸、地塞米松与沙利度胺联合治疗难治性多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的效果。方法选择2016年6月至2017年6月我院收治的50例难治性MM者为研究对象,将其分为两组,每组25例。对照组使用沙利度胺+地塞米松治疗。观察组使用亚砷酸、地塞米松与沙利度胺联合治疗,分析结果。结果两组患者治疗结束后,均出现了程度不一的不良反应。主要为消化系统反应、食欲不振、恶心等,严重者发生呕吐。其次为肝脏功能受损,详细表现为碱性磷酸酶、胆红素、谷丙转氨酶上升。对照组患者治疗有效率为76.00%,观察组为92.00%,观察组治疗效果明显较好(P<0.05)。结论对于难治性多发性骨髓瘤者,使用亚砷酸、地塞米松与沙利度胺联合治疗,能取得满意成效,不良反应轻微,有助于延长患者生存时间,值得进一步在临床中推广使用。
Objective To analyze the effects of arsenious acid,dexamethasone and thalidomide in treatment of refractory multiple myeloma.Methods The 50 patients with refractory MM who were admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into two groups,each with 25 cases.The control group was treated with thalidomide + dexamethasone.The observation group was treated with arsenic-acid,dexamethasone and thalidomide,and the results were analyzed.Results After the treatment of the two groups,there was a different degree of adverse reaction.Mainly for the digestive system reaction,loss of appetite,nausea and so on,severe vomiting.Secondly,liver function was impaired,and the detailed expression was alkaline phosphatase,bilirubin,and glutamate transaminase.The effective rate was 76.00 % in the control group and 92.00 % in the observation group.Compared with the control group,the treatment effect was significantly better in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the refractory refractory multiple myeloma,use arsenite,dexamethasone and Sally amine combination therapy,can obtain satisfactory results,little adverse reaction,which will help prolong patient survival time,worthy of further promotion in clinical use.
