摘要
目的:对于牙科畏惧症在儿童的口腔预防当中所起到的消极作用进行分析和探讨。方法:根据Veerkeep J标准将398例未进行口腔预防的儿童进行牙科畏惧症的进行筛选并且分级,然后将所有的患者按照分级不同来进行相关的心理护理。结果:此过程当中的398位儿童有395位配合进行了相关的口腔预防,总配合率为99.24%。结论:对于儿童进行适当的心理干预对于进行口腔预防时更多的得到儿童的配合有较为积极的作用。
Objective To analyze and discuss the negative effect of dental fear in children's oral prevention.Method will be based on the standard of Veerkeep J 398 cases without oral health of children for dental fear of screening and classification,and then all the patients according to the different classification to the psychological nursing.Results the 398 children in the process had 395 oral prevention and the total coordination rate was 99.24%.Conclusion the appropriate psychological intervention for children is more active for oral prevention and more cooperation for children.
