摘要
目的 初步探讨中国儿童的牙科畏惧状况 ,为儿童牙科教育提供一种思路。方法 对 2 40名牙病患儿牙科畏惧症进行图片测试。在畏惧儿童接受图片教育前后进行行为评价。结果 畏惧儿童数在幼小与大龄儿童之间、母亲的不同文化程度之间有显著差异 ,而无性别差异。用测试图片进行牙科保健教育 ,教育前后的畏惧行为也有显著差异。结论 儿童牙科畏惧症的图片测试是一种适合低龄儿童的较好的方法 ,图片有助于儿童接受牙科保健教育。
Objective To investigate the situation of Chinese children's dental fear and to provide a clue for child dental education Methods The study was performed with picture test for 240 children The fearful children were assessed behaving before and after accepting picture education Results The younger children are easier to suffer from dental fear than the older children Mothers' cultural levels affect the prevalence of dental fear There is not notable difference between the prevalence of the fearful boys and the fearful girls Conclusion The children's dental fear picture test is an excellent test for younger children The pictures are helpful for children to accept dental care education
