摘要
魔芋膳食纤维是目前发现的最优良可溶性膳食纤维之一,具有降血糖、降血脂、排毒通便、减肥瘦身、增强免疫力等生物活性,已广泛应用于食品、保健品、医药、化妆品、化工等领域。通过综述魔芋膳食纤维的生物活性,对其应用前景进行展望。
Konjac dietary fiber is one of the best soluble dietary fibers,which contains many functions such as reducing blood lipids and blood glucose,reducing obesity,feces excretion,boosting immunity and so on. It is widely used in food,health products,medicine,cosmetic,chemical industry,etc. This paper introduces biological activities and discussed the prospects of konjac dietary fiber.
