摘要
本文选用T2O、6 5 1两种光引发剂 ,分别配制引发剂浓度为 0 .2 5、0 .5、1、2wt%的不饱和聚酯体系。通过测定光固化试样的显微硬度分析光引发剂浓度对固化程度的影响。结果表明 ,提高引发剂浓度能抑制氧阻聚的作用 ,但对于较厚的试样 。
Irgacure 651 and Irgacure TPO were dissolved in the unsaturated polyester resin and solutions of four different photoinitiator concentration at 0.25wt%,0.5wt%,1wt% and 2wt% were prepared. The degrees of cure were studied by microhardness test. High photoinitiator concentration could reduce the effect of inhibition of oxygen. But as for the thicker sample, higher concentration would lead to an insufficient cure. When the cure time prolonged, the cured depth of the sample could be increased. However, the cure time had nothing to do with the inhibition of oxygen.
