摘要
研究了用于手机按键(P+R)的UV固化胶粘剂的组成,及各组分对胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明,同等条件下,用于合成齐聚物的二元醇为PPG,相对分子质量为4000时,配制成的UV固化胶粘剂的拉伸强度最高;用该齐聚物配合使用表面张力低的单体CD420、硅烷偶联剂KH-570和光引发剂TPO时,胶的综合性能最佳。
In this paper, the UV-curable adhesive for mobile phone button was prepared using PUA prepolymer, photoinitiators, active diluent and coupling agent. The experiment results showed that when the diols is PPG with molecular weight of 4000, the shearing strength of adhesive get to the highest value;when the monomer, coupling agent and photoinitiators are CD420, KH-570 and TPO, respectively, the adhesive has good combination property.
