摘要
采用文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,以普通高校122名女大学生为研究对象,对健美操选修课增设形体练习的教学效果进行实验研究,结果表明:形体练习的增加,不仅提高了健美操所要求的协调、柔韧、表现力、身体姿态的控制等专项素质,而且对培养女生高雅的气质、端庄的体态有很好的促进作用。
The methods of documentary study, questionnaire and mathematical statistics wereused in this study. The object of the study were 122 female students of colleges. Teaching effectsof body-shape-building exercise in calisthenics selective course were tested and analyzed. It wasindicated that basic physical fitness in calisthenics such as coordination, flexibility, expressivityand controlling of their own gesture etc were improved.Furthermore, female students' finetemperament and manner can be cultivated obviously because of body-shape-building exerise.
