摘要
目前国内外学者对虚拟企业中的人力资源管理研究的论文很少。笔者认为在虚拟企业中 ,“集智”是关键 ,协调是核心 ,信任是基础 ,沟通是手段 ,人力资源在虚拟企业中占有十分重要的地位。当前急需重视的问题有 :(1)文化冲突 ;(2 )信任度低 ;(3)协调不畅 ;(4 )沟通困难 ;(5 )整合乏力。本文从理论和实践对上述问题进行研究。
At home or abroad there is a little research paper of the human resource of the virtue enterprise. I firmly believe that in virtue enterprise,wisdom is the key,coordination is the heart,credence is the foundation,communication is the way. Human resource is one of the most important things in the virtue enterprise. The problems that urgently need great attention are: culture conflict, the low trust, inharmonious coordination, difficult communication and hard conformity. This essay has investigated the human resource in virtue enterprise in academic and practically, having profound significance.
