摘要
医院集团是现代医院发展的一种高级组织形态,我国医院在竞争合作的基础上组建了医院集团。自20世纪80年代以来,我国医院集团经历了萌芽、兴起、迅速发展3个阶段,并将进一步发展完善。医院集团的形成机制包含了形成动因推动、核心医院确定、战略目标提出、联结纽带选择、组织架构形成等5大环节,并具有双重力量主导等特点。
Hospital groups, as an advanced style of morden hospital structure, came to being in 1960s in U.S.A..
