摘要
介绍了双金属氰化物催化剂在1.5m3外循环生产装置上的工业应用试验情况。结果表明,该催化剂活性高,诱导期短,缩短了生产周期,提高了产品质量。
The experimental status of industrial application for double metal cyanide (DMC) catalyst in a 1.5m 3 semibatch reactor equipped with an outside heat exchanging system is introduced. The results show that the catalyst has higher activity and short initiation time, and the production cycle period is reduced and the quality of the poly(propylene oxide) is improved.
