介绍了用于DMC聚醚合成的釜式反应器、管式反应器、外循环喷雾反应器、釜/管串联反应器等的结构和原理,并比较了它们的优缺点。连续搅拌槽式反应器结构简单、造价低,其与隔室式反应器结合,适于制备DMC聚醚。
The structures and principles of the tank reactor, tubular reactor, external circulation spray reactor, tank-tube in series reactor, etc. for preparing polyether by using double metal cyanide (DMC) catalysts are introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages are compared. The continuously stirred tank reactor has simple structure and low cost. It is suitable to prepare the DMC polyether by incorporating the continuously stirred tank reactor with the compartment reactor.
