摘要
分析了80 m3聚醚多元醇大型反应釜使用过程中存在的结构问题,并对故障产生的原因进行了分析。提出了三个搅拌装置改进方案,经实践验证,改进工作是成功的。
The structure disfigurement which in 80 m3 polyether alcohol large - scale reactor during operating process and its failure reason were analyzed. Improvement project of three device were proposed, after practice confirmation, the improvement work is successful.
