应用二元环糊精体系的毛细管区带电泳手性拆分 被引量:15

Chiral Separation Using the Mixture of Carboxymethyl-β-Cyclodextrin and β-Cyclodextrin Polymer as Chrial Additive by Capillary Electrophoresis

摘要 运用毛细管区带电泳法,采用羧甲基β-环糊精和聚合β-环糊精的二元环糊精体系,对山梗菜碱等5种手性药物进行了手性拆分。考察了pH值及不同的二元环糊精浓度比对分离的影响,并与一元环糊精体系进行了比较。实验表明,对于山梗菜碱等5种对映体,二元环糊精体系得到的分离效果优于一元体系。 The mixture of carboxymethyl-β-cycledextrin (CM-β-CD) and β-CD polymer (P-β-CD) was used as chiral additive to separate enantionmeric drugs by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) . The buffer system of Tris-H3PO4 was used in the experiments. The pH of buffer, the ratio of carboxymethyl-β-CD and β-CD polymer play an important role on chiral separation. It demonstrated that appropriate ratio of the two chiral additives was in favor of separation. The results indicated that for five enantionmeric drugs, such as lobeline, piperacillin etc. , the dual system was better than one-cyclodextrin phase. The experimental phenomena were explained by synergistic effect.
