摘要 以L-酒石酸、异丁醇为原料合成了手性拆分试剂L-酒石酸异丁酯.考察了带水剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、催化剂种类、催化剂用量对产品酯化率的影响.研究结果表明,最好的催化剂为对甲苯磺酸,在醇酸摩尔比为3∶1,催化剂的最佳用量为1 g,带水剂甲苯用量为60 mL的条件下,L-酒石酸异丁酯的酯化率可达99.4%. A chiral resolving reagent isobutyl L-tartrate was prepared from L-tartaric acid and isobutyl alcohol using p-toluene sulphonic acid and toluene as a catalyst and a water-carrying agent,respectively.The influence such as the amount of water-carrying agent,molar ratio of isobutyl alcohol to L-tartaric acid and the amount of catalyst on the yield of isobutyl L-tartrate were discussed.The results show that p-toluene sulphonic acid be a good catalyst for synthesizing isobutyl L-tartrate.The yield of isobutyl L-tartrate was up to 99.4% when molar ratio of isobutyl alcohol to L-tartaric acid was 3∶1,amount of catalyst was 1 g,water-carrying agent toluene was 60 mL.
