摘要
本文对档案信息化的概念、特征及与之相适应的新档案观等问题进行了理论阐述,特别提出了档案信息化的概念应包含信息技术应用和社会支持环境等人文基础两个层面的观点,指出了新档案观在档案信息化建设的重要性等。
The author theoretically expounds the concept and t he characteristics of archives informationalization and the corresponding new outl ook on archives, and especially puts forward two points: the concept of archives informationalization should include the application of information and the soci al supporting environment, etc. with the basis of humanities. The article points out the importance of new outlook of archives in the construction of archives i nformationalization.
