摘要
采用问卷调查法,选取1024名藏族中学生,从理科课程的偏好度、学业难度、双语授课态度、实验课程开设情况、师生交流情况五个方面,考察藏族中学生理科课程的学习现状。结果表明:藏族中学生的理科学业成绩明显低下,且在初中阶段,理科学业成绩低下的问题已经开始凸显;性别、年级以及聚居环境等人口学信息,成为影响藏族中学生理科偏好程度的重要因素;藏族中学生普遍存在理科课程学习困难的现象,且学生的理科课程作业均存在完成困难问题;藏语仍然作为藏族中学的理科课程教学语言,且具有较高的诉求性;大部分藏族中学的理科实验课程开设基本处于悬空状态,理科实验课程无法满足学生的学习需求;藏族中学生与理科教师存在交流不畅的问题。在此基础上提出改进建议:(1)改革理科双语教育模式为'混合式双语教育模式';(2)优化藏区的理科师资结构,提升藏族理科教师的教学能力;(3)积极推进理科实验室建设,提高实验课程开设比率;(4)开展以培养藏族中学生理科学习兴趣为首要目的课堂教学改革;(5)师生间应建立良好的互动和沟通机制。
A survey was conducted to investigate the current situation of science course learning of Tibetan middle school students by using questionnaires among 1024 Tibetan middle school students.The survey included five aspects of students’preference for science courses,their difficulties in learning,their attitude towards bilingual science teaching,the opening of science experimental courses,and their communication with science teachers.The results show that 1)Tibetan middle school students’academic achievements in science are obviously low,and in the junior middle school stage,the problem of low academic achievements in science has become more serious;2)demographic information such as gender,grade and living environment has become an important factor affecting their preference;3)Tibetan middle school students generally have difficulties in learning science courses and in completing their science homework;4)Tibetan language still serves as the teaching language of science courses at Tibetan middle schools with a high demand;5)most science experimental courses in Tibetan middle schools are basically in a state of vacancy,failing to meet the learning needs of students;and 6)the communication between students and science teachers is poor.Therefore,it is suggested that 1)the bilingual mode of science courses should be changed into a mixed mode of bilingual education;2)the structure of science teachers should be optimized to improve Tibetan science teachers’teaching ability;3)the construction of science laboratory should be promoted to increase the opening rate of experimental courses;4)classroom teaching reform should be carried out to cultivate students’interest in learning science;and 5)a good interaction and communication mechanism between teachers and students should be established.
