摘要
"内高班"特殊的办学模式能有效实现教育资源共享最大化,同时也使处于心理成长易变期的"内高生"来到异文化环境中求学,继而伴随着复杂的情感体验。在现有办学模式下,促进"内高生"情感适应是形成其对中华民族和中华文化认同的关键。通过对M中学"内高生"群体的学习生活图景进行情境化与动态化呈现,用情境分析法对数据资料进行分析处理,形成了以"心是否在场"为核心叙事的故事线。研究发现:经历了情感体验环境转换的"内高生",在"内地""校中校"的学习生活中获得了较好的空间在地感及归属感;在人际情感支持方面,老师对"内高生"的关爱与宽容起到了一定的亲情弥补作用;和其他异地学习生活的群体类似,"内高生"在与初级群体的情感维系与联结上易出现松弛;在与朋辈群体的交往上,"内高生"之间的"抱团"和与"内地生"交往的相对"客气"形成了"内外有别"的反差;在自我情感上的接纳与调适方面,"内高生"放松与自信表现相对不足。研究结果为"内高班"工作提供了有益的参考与启示,有利于内高班(校)针对性地开展工作以进一步促进"内高生"的情感适应。
High school class of ethnic students in the hinterland is a special school running model and an effective way to maximize the sharing of educational resources. But at the same time, it separates the students who are in the period of changeable psychological growth from their hometown. Under this model, the key to helping them form identity for the Chinese nation and culture lies in developing their emotional adaptability. In this research, through situational and dynamic presentations of learning and life of ethnic students at M School, situational analysis method is used to process and analyze the data and a narrative story line is formed around 'whether my heart is present or not'. The findings show that 1) the students who have experienced environmental change of emotional experience have gained a better sense of place and belonging in their learning and living in the hinterland school;2) in interpersonal emotional support, teachers’ care and tolerance play a certain role of family love compensation;3) similar to other students who study and live in different places, they tend to be relaxed in emotional maintenance and connection with primary groups;and 4) in interaction with peer groups, they form a small group among themselves and are polite to other students, which shows the difference between the inside and outside groups. It is worth noting that under the influence of setting space regulation, they tend to have poor experience in their self-emotional acceptance and adjustment. On the whole, their emotional adaptation is imbalanced with good performance, shortcomings and room for improvement.
