摘要
"内高班"是国家为满足新疆、西藏地区经济发展和社会进步的人才需求,"智力援助"民族地区教育发展的重大举措。研究内高班学生的学习特点、学习需求和学习规律,是推进内高班教学方式改革、优化学生培养方式、促进学生全面发展的理性先导。本研究以北京某高中内高班学生为个案、以学习风格为研究主题,采用半结构访谈、问卷调查等方式方法,对内高班学生学习习惯、学习需求、学习动力、学习态度、学习兴趣等核心问题进行了分析与评价。优化举措应以打造生本课堂为抓手、以新课程改革为方向、以新高考改革为契机、以学生创新能力培养和核心素养培育为核心激活并释放学生学习力。
The hinterland classes is a major measure for the development of education in the ethnic areas of the"intellectual aid"in order to meet the needs of the people in XinJiang and Tibet for economic development and social progress.Research the learning characteristics,learning needs and learning patterns of high school students,is the rational leader of promoting the reform of teaching methods in the hinterland classes,optimizing training method and contributing the students’all-round development.This study takes a hinterland classes student in a high school in Beijing as a case study,and takes the learning style as the research theme,semi-structured interviews and questionnaires are used to study habits and learning of hinterland classes students.The core issues of learning demand,learning motivation,learning attitude,and learning interest were analyzed and evaluated.The optimization measures should focus on creating a student-oriented classroom,taking the new curriculum reform as the direction,taking the new college entrance examination reform as an opportunity,while uphold the core of students’innovative ability training and core quality cultivation so that could activating and releasing students’learning ability.
