摘要
设计了基于组态技术的采煤机的自动控制系统,其中包括采煤机的人机交互界面以及上位机与下位机的实时通讯系统,实现了对采煤机工作状况的实时监测及远程控制,极大地提升了采煤机的运行效率。
The automatic control system based on Configuration Technology for coal shearer is described. Including the monitoring interface of shearer, real-time communication system through the upper machine and lower machine, realizes the real-time monitoring and remote control of working condition of the coal shearer. This automatic control system greatly improved operating efficiency of shearer.
