摘要
运用PLC技术及电力电子变流技术,对传统电控系统加以改造,并运用PLC硬件配置能够控制复卷机电控系统逻辑时序,在复卷机电控系统的设计总体架构及要求分析基础上,设计复卷机电控系统共计包括操作台、PLC主控系统、直流、交流电气控制四大系统。提出基于PLC技术的复卷机电控系统程序设计思路,能够实现该系统的快速响应,具有较好的稳定性和较高可靠性特点。
PLC technology and power electronic converter technology were used to transform the traditional electric control system,and PLC hardware configuration was used to control the rewinder electric control system logic sequence.Based on the analysis of the overall design framework and requirements of the rewinder electric control system,the rewinder electric control system was designed,including the operating platform,PLC main Control system,DC,AC electrical control system.It was found that the program design idea of the rewinder electric control system based on PLC technology can realize the fast response,good stability and high reliability of the system.
