摘要
煤炭行业协同创新发展有利于推动煤炭行业突破发展瓶颈,加快转型步伐。为了实现煤炭行业发展,通过构建网络层次结构模型并结合熵权法,分析各指标的权重关系,对比两种方法的评价结果。结果表明:政策完善程度、单位GDP能源消耗率、行业协同意愿以及设备更新率是制约煤炭行业协同创新发展的重要因素,并从3个角度进行讨论并据此提出相关策略。
The coordinated innovation and development of the coal industry is conducive to promoting the coal industry to break through the development bottleneck and accelerate the pace of transformation.In order to realize the development of the coal industry,the network hierarchy model was constructed and combined with the entropy weight method to analyze the weight relationship of each index,and the evaluation results of the two methods were compared.The results showed that the degree of policy perfection,energy consumption per unit of GDP,industry synergy willingness and equipment renewal rate were important factors that restrict the coordinated innovation of coal industry.This paper discussed from three perspectives and proposed relevant strategies.
