摘要
针对减速器输入锥齿轮轴的失效问题,考虑冲击载荷的作用,利用有限元方法对锥齿轮轴进行动力学分析以及模态分析。结果表明:在冲击载荷作用下,最大Von Mises应力超过了材料的屈服极限,轴肩处出现应力集中现象,会使轴在轴肩处发生断裂失效;另外,轴伸处因共振最易形成疲劳破坏。分析结果为锥齿轮轴结构的进一步优化提供了理论参考依据。
In view of the failure of the input bevel gear shaft of reducer,the finite element method was used to analyze the dynamics and modal characteristics considering the impact load.The results show that under the impact load,the maximum Von Mises stress exceeds the yield strength of the material,and the stress concentration occurs at the shaft shoulder,which will lead to the fracture failure of the shaft.In addition,the fatigue failure is most easily formed at the shaft extension because of resonance.The analysis results provide a theoretical basis for further optimization of the bevel gear shaft structure.
