摘要
针对某刮板输送机配套JS200减速器齿轮轴失效问题,通过三维建模软件Solidworks和有限元分析软件ANSYS,对减速器齿轮轴建模和有限元分析,分析结果表明齿轮轴接触强度、弯曲强度均满足要求。通过齿轮轴材料的S-N曲线和拟合方程对弯曲疲劳进行计算,疲劳强度符合要求。推断齿轮轴失效是在加工和使用不规范造成的,该分析方法对其它齿轮的失效有一定的借鉴意义。
In a scraper conveyor supporting JS200 reducer gear shaft failure problem, through the three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks and finite element analysis software ANSYS, the reducer shaft gear modeling and finite element analysis, the results of the analysis shows that the strength of the gear shaft contact meet the requirements. Through the material S-N curve and the fitting equation of the gear fatigue calculation, fatigue strength meets the requirements. Thus infer that gear shaft failure was caused by machining process and operation is not meet standard, This analysis method has certain reference significance to other gear failure.
