摘要
以可变速气动单轨吊的驱动轴为研究对象。在Pro/E软件中对驱动轴进行三维立体建模。建立驱动轴的力学简化模型,在ANSYSWorkbench中进行了有限元模拟仿真试验,分析了驱动轴的静力学应力应变特性和动力学模态特性,并在此基础上对驱动轴的结构尺寸进行了优化。
Taking the drive shaft of a variable speed pneumatic monorail crane as the research object, three-dimensional modeling of the drive shaft is performed in Pro/E software, a mechanical simplified model of the drive shaft is established, and a finite element simulation test is conducted in ANSYS Workbench. The static stress and strain characteristics and dynamic modal characteristics of the drive shaft are analyzed, and the structural dimensions of the drive shaft are optimized.
