摘要
乳化炸药混装技术是爆破现场临时混合制备成品炸药并直接装填于炮孔的一种技术,在安全性、作业效率以及使用成本等方面都有着很大的优势。分析了炸药现场混装技术在实际爆破作业中的优缺点,结合炸药现场混装过程中存在的一些危险源,分析了炸药现场混装技术在实际应用中可能出现的一些安全问题,并提出解决方案,期望对炸药现场混装技术的发展有所裨益。
Emulsion explosive mixing technology is a kind of technology which is used to prepare the finished explosive temporarily and fill the blast hole directly, it has many advantages in security, efficiency and cost. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the mixed explosive in the actual blasting operation are analyzed, combined with some dangerous sources existed in the field mixing process of explosive, analysis some possible safety problems in the practical application of the explosive mixing technology, proposed the solution, which is expected to be beneficial to the development of explosive field mixing technology.
