摘要
目前在国内外露天矿山的开采过程中,中深孔台阶爆破是主要的生产工艺,而降低中深孔爆破落矿大块率是矿山凿岩中的一个重要课题。结合黄麦岭露天磷矿台阶爆破的生产实践,从影响爆破作用的参数等因素出发,对台阶爆破大块产生的主要位置和大块产生的原因机理进行了详细分析,并根据实际作业情况与理论研究相结合提出了单孔单响、"V"型或斜线起爆网路、在药柱与堵塞物之间形成一个空腔层等解决措施,从而保证生产的顺利进行。
Currently at home and abroad,medium-length hole blasting is the main production step in the mining process of open-air mine,and reducing boulder yield during the medium-length hole blasting to remove ore is an important subject.This article combining the production practice in Huang Mailing open-air phosphate bench blasting and considering influence factors such as the parameters of blasting effect,deeply analyzes the main position and causes of the generating of boulder.Meanwhile,according to the actual operating situation and theoretical research,this article proposes a series of solving measures such as combining single-hole and once triggered,"V" type or Slash detonating network,forming a layer of cavity between explosive pellet,obstruction and so on to ensure the smooth production.
