摘要
本文根据装药车及乳化炸药的国内外发展现状，分析当前装药车制乳化炸药作功能力偏低、炸药粘度大的影响因素；从装药车用乳胶基质的制备、装药车制乳化炸药配方优化设计等方面开展一系列研究，确定了装药车制乳化炸药生产最佳配方。
The strength of emulsion explosive which is made by loading machine is on the low side and its viscosity is over than normal one. Based on status quo of loading machine and emulsion explosive, the factors which cased above were studied. A series of research were developed for loading machine from preparation of emulsion matrix to optimize direction design emulsion explosive and so on. The best direction were obtained.
