补连塔矿回风大巷冒顶机理及补强支护技术 被引量:7

摘要 针对补连塔煤矿1-2煤五盘区回风大巷发生冒顶现象,采用现场实测、理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法对事故原因进行分析。研究发现巷道垮落段顶板长期浸水,顶板泥质砂岩软化,巷道围岩支护体失效,从而导致了冒顶事故的发生。通过巷道冒顶机理及垮落形态分析,采用理论计算出巷道顶板浸水区域补强锚索参数,结合塑性破坏特征,提出合理的巷道补强支护设计,现场应用取得了良好效果。 Aiming at the phenomenon of roof fall in the return roadway of 1-2 coal 5 panel area in Bulianta Mine,according to the method of field measurement,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,this paper analyzes the causes of the roof fall phenomenon.It is found that the roof of the caving section is flooded for a long time,and the roof is soft in argillaceous sandstone.Therefore,the failure of surrounding rock support of roadway leads to the occurrence of roof collapse.Based on the analysis of roadway roof fall mechanism and the falling shape,the parameters of reinforced anchor cables in the flooding zone of roadway roof are calculated theoretically,and the reasonable roadway reinforcement support design is proposed in combination with the characteristics of plastic failure,and the application of the field is good.
