松软破碎顶板大采高工作面端面漏冒机理及控制技术研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用现场工业性试验及长钢丝绳注浆加固方法,开展了大采高松软破碎顶板综采工作面端面漏冒机理及其加固技术研究。结果表明:大采高松软破碎顶板工作面发生端面漏冒并不是工作面压力异常导致,工作面压力异常并不是产生漏顶事故的根本原因;端面漏冒的发生与支架结构、支架的初撑力、工人操作水平以及工作面超前支承压力影响等综合因素有关;采用长钢丝绳或锚索与注浆联合加固的方法,构成了新型的空间网格状加固方式,该方法能够很好控制松软破碎顶板工作面的端面漏冒,在现场得到了成功应用,保证了工作面的安全回采。 A site industrial test and a long steel cable and grouting reinforcement method were applied to the study on the coal leakage and falling mechanism and the reinforcement technology of the face ends in the fully mechanized high cutting coal mining face with a soft and broken roof. The results showed that the coal leakage and falling occurred at the face ends of the high cutting coal mining face with the soft and broken roof was not caused by the abnormal pressure of the coal mining face and the abnormal pressure of the coal mining face was not the basic reason of the coal leakage and falling accident occurred. The coal leakage and falling occurred at the face ends would be related to the powered support structure, the initial support force of the powered support, the manual operation level, the advance support pressure of the coal mining face and other comprehensive factors. The long steel cable or anchor and grouting combined reinforcement method were applied to form a new space grid -like reinforcement method. The reinforcement method could be well to control the coal leakage and falling at the face ends of the coal mining face with the soft and broken roof and was successfully applied at the mine site to ensure the safety mining of the coal mining face.
