摘要 虎龙沟矿81505综放工作面在回采期间出现端面破碎、局部冒落现象,降低了支架初撑力及工作阻力,严重制约着工作面安全高效回采。针对这一问题,通过现场考察研究,分析了工作面破碎原因,并结合实际情况,提出了合理有效的联合维护措施,有效防止端面破碎范围扩大及顶板下沉,提高支架支护效果,取得了显著成效。 In the 81505 fully mechanized caving face of Hulonggou Mine,the end face is broken and local caving occurs during mining,which reduces the initial support force and working resistance of the support,and seriously restricts the safe and efficient mining of the face.In view of this problem,through on-site investigation and research,this paper analyzes the causes of the face crushing,and puts forward reasonable and effective joint maintenance measures in combination with the actual situation,which effectively prevents the expansion of the end crushing range and roof subsidence,improves the support effect,and achieves remarkable results.
