摘要
针对大巷揭煤区巷道围岩完整性和稳定性差的问题,以六盘水汪家寨煤矿七采区1300东大巷揭煤段为工程背景,通过理论计算和数值模拟对其巷道掘进后围岩松动圈范围进行确定,基于松动圈范围提出合适的巷道支护参数,并与原支护形式进行对比,模拟研究论证。研究得出巷道围岩松动圈最大厚度为2.48 m,采用优化的支护形式后,巷道顶板位移量减少27.3 mm,降低58.1%;底板减少了10 mm,降低了41.7%;两帮减少了5.8 mm,降低了43%;巷道两肩和底板的塑性区厚度分别为1000 mm和800 mm,相对于原支护形式均减少了700 mm。优化后的支护参数设计合理,可用于现场应用。该研究成果可为类似条件下的矿井大巷支护形式提供一定的借鉴与参考。
In view of the poor integrity and stability of roadway surrounding rock in uncovering coal area of large roadway,taking the coal-exposing section of No.1300 East roadway of a mine as the engineering background,the range of surrounding rock loose zone after roadway excavation was determined by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.Based on the range of loose zone,the appropriate roadway supporting parameters were proposed,and the comparison simulation study and demonstration were conducted with the original supporting form.It was concluded that the maximum thickness of loose zone of roadway surrounding rock was 2.48 m.After adopting the optimized support form,the displacement of roadway roof was reduced by 27.3 mm,or 58.1%.The bottom plate was reduced by 10 mm,41.7%;The two sides decreased by 5.8mm,or 43%;The plastic zone thicknesses of the shoulders and floor of the roadway were 1.0 m and 0.8 m,respectively,which were reduced by 0.7 m relative to the original support form.The optimized supporting parameters were reasonable and can be used in field application.
