摘要
根据Umorfil功能性纤维的特性,以适当的比例与羊绒混纺,采用将Umorfil纤维和羊绒纤维先染色后纺纱的方式,开发功能性针织纱线。探讨原料选配、纤维染色、纺纱各工序生产措施及控制要点,结合生产实践,通过优化工艺参数,阐述了纺纱过程中存在的问题及解决方法。测试结果表明:Umorfil/羊绒混纺纱成纱强度高,条干均匀,毛羽少,其织物手感柔软、亲肤、光滑、吸湿透气。Umorfil新型功能性纤维的应用,为毛纺企业降低成本,扩大市场空间提供产品开发思路。
Umorfil fiber was blended with cashmere in a proper ratio based on its features,and functional knitting yarns were developed with fiber dying method.The selection of raw materials,fiber dyeing and production measure as well as control points in each step of the spinning process were discussed by combing production practice through process parameters optimization,and the problems and solving methods in yarn spinning were described.The results show that the yarn has high tenacity,better evenness and lower hairiness,the fabric knitted by the yarn has soft hand,friendly to the skin,smooth surface,good moisture-absorbent and air-permeability.It provides a new way of thinking for enterprises to develop wool textile products by using new functional fibers such as Umorfil,so as to reduce costs and expand the market.
