文章介绍了半精纺的技术优势及发展趋势,介绍了紧密纺技术和花式纱技术在开发高档半精纺纱线的应用。由于半精纺纱线是用作高档毛针织品用纱,对纱线质量要求较高,故必须要求生产的各工序设备性能优良、工艺最优化,才能使生产的纱线符合高档毛针织品的加工要求。
The paper introduces the technological advantages and developing trend of semi-worsted yarn as well as the applications of compact-spinning technology and fancy yarn technology in developing high- quality semi-worsted yarn. As semi-worsted yarn is typically used for producing high-quality knitwear, which have higher requirement on yarn quality, the production of semi-worsted yarn requires high- performance equipment and optimized process, so as to guarantee the resulted yarn complying with the requirements of downstream processing.
