摘要
为促进色纺纱生产的发展,综合论述分析了色纺纱发展概况、产品特点以及生产的关键环节。指出:色纺纱采用"先染色、后纺纱"的新工艺颠覆了传统纺纱工艺流程,使生产过程更加环保与节能,可获得独特的混色效果与产品风格,有利于实现多种纤维混和利用。色纺纱的根本在于染色牢度好,染色准确、稳定一致,色泽漂亮时尚,其关键环节是调色与对色。应解决好色彩对比错视问题,正确掌握对色方法,注重对色检验环境管理,严格执行色纺纱外观检验标准,从而使色纺产业更快更好地发展。
To promote colored spun yarn development, general development situation, product characteristics and key production process of colored spun yarn were introduced and analyzed comprehensively. It is pointed out that process of fiber dyeing before spinning is much more environmental and energy-saving comparing to traditional spinning. Unique mixing effect and product style could be got and muhi-fiber mixing could be realized. When adopting colored spun yarn, the color fastness is better, dyeing is accurate, stable and uniform, color is pretty and fashion, the most important is color mixing ＆ matching. Problem of color visual illusion should be resolved well,method of color matching should be mastered correctly, color test and environmental management should be paid attention to, yarn appearance test standard should be carried out strictly,finally color spun yarn industry could be developed fast and well.
