摘要
该文以开发中国长城铝业公司氧化铝厂2#回转窑调窑参数模糊优化软件为例,介绍了利用Mediva在Delphi环境下实时实现回转窑调窑参数模糊优化的具体步骤和方法。该技术将Matlab卓越的科学计算能力和Delphi强大的系统开发能力相结合,大大缩短了系统的开发周期,通过改写利用Mediva编译M文件后生成的CPP文件,实现了数据在应用程序之间的传递,通过在VC6.0中创建DLL文件,实现了代码的封装,提高了系统的安全性与可靠性,且程序的运行脱离了Matlab环境,大大提高了运行速度。
Taking the system software development of the fuzzy optimization of adjusting parameters of rotary kiln in the second rotary kiln of Alumina Factory in Great Wall Aluminum Company as example,the concrete step and method of realizing fuzzy optimization of adjusting parameters of rotary kiln in the second rotary kiln are given out.By applying the technology the excellent calculational ability and the powerful system development are combined,the system development period is reduced greatly,the data transmission is realized among applications by rewriting CPP files produced by compiling M files in Mediva,the encapsulation of codes is finished by setting up DLL files in VC6.0,the safety and the reliability of the system are enhanced,and for the process can be run without Matlab environment ,the speed is improved greatly.
