摘要
这里介绍大型多支承回转窑运行轴线快速检测方法及其便携式检测系统,该方法在回转窑筒体下面两个径向应变为零的方向安装非接触式位移传感器,对安装在筒体上的键相进行测量,由测得的位移值计算出该位置截面的回转中心。便携式检测系统由传感器安装支承装置,集成式信号采集装置和便携式计算机装置等组成,并编制相应的数据采集及处理软件。该系统结构简单、使用方便、测量精度高。克服了现有测量系统高处安装定位困难、测量操作复杂、测量误差大的缺点,实现了回转体运行轴线的快速检测,在实际应用中效果很好。
