摘要
在监测回转窑运行轴线及建立调窑参数模糊优化数学模型的基础上,研究并开发调窑参数模糊优化在线实施系统。该系统通过实时监测回转窑运行轴线,自动判断回转窑的运行状态,并在状态恶化时实时启动模糊优化程序,给出最佳调窑参数。应用表明:该调窑参数能最大限度地减少调窑工作量,改善回转窑的运行状态,提高回转窑的运转率。
On the basis of running axes monitoring and mathematical model of fuzzy optimization of adjusting parameters of rotary kiln,an online implementation system of fuzzy optimization of adjusting parameters of rotary kiln has been studied and developed.Through monitoring running axes of rotary kiln,the running condition can be judged automatically by the system,the fuzzy optimization can be started at realtime when the running condition is becoming worse,the best adjusting parameters will be given out.It is showed in the second kiln rotary of Alumina Factory in Great Wall Aluminum Company that the work load of adjusting rotary kiln can be reduced greatly,the running condition can be improved evidently,the running rate can be enhanced remarkably by applying the adjusting parameters.
