摘要
在传统的班级授课模式下 ,不少学生成为陪读 ,这有悖于素质教育的宗旨。在当今生源膨胀、师资紧张的情况下 ,分层教学可使以往的集体教学活动更有效的面向全体学生 ,使不同层次的学生在自己的“最近发展区”内获得发展。
Under the pattern of tranditional class teaching, a lot of students couldn′t be the main body of teaching, which is contracy to the aim of all-round education. Nowadays with the rapid expanding of students and the shortage of teaching, graduation teaching can make the collective teaching activities for all the students efficiently, and also make the students of different levels develop themselves in their own proper development area.
