摘要
所研制的焊条可以在灰铁基体上直接堆焊出冲模刃口,该焊条工艺性能良好,冷焊不裂,有较高的硬度。介绍了焊条研制过程,探讨了硼、稀土钇等元素对焊缝抗裂性能的影响。试验证明,当焊缝组织为下贝氏体及板条马氏体双相组织时,能有效地提高焊条的抗裂性能。
The electrode developed can be used directly for die edge hardfacing on gray cast iron base. It possesses good operative properties, higher hardness within hardfacing layer and without the occurrence of cracking as hardfacing is done in cold state. The developed process of this electrode is also introduced. The effect of boron and rare-earth element ythrium on cracking resistance of hardfacing layer is probed. The experimental result shows that the cracking resistance can be increased effectively as dual-phase structure existed in the layer consisting of lower bainite and lath martensite.
