摘要
控制堆焊金属中碳和碳化物形成元素的比例,可在含C量不高的条件下,获得足够的淬硬性、耐磨性;控制堆焊金属中残余奥氏体量和分布又可获得高韧性及在不预热条件下,能有效地抑制堆焊层裂纹。
The properties of quench-hardening and wear resistance can be obtained under the condition of lower carbon content. Through controlling the proportion between carbon and carbide forming elements within hardfacing layer. The high toughness and the character to prevent cracking from hardened layer without preheating are reached by adjusting retained anstenitc content and its distribution.
