摘要
本文针对70Mn大型铸钢轧辊的断裂问题,应用稀土变质处理,钒钛微合金化处理,结果提高了轧辊的抗裂性和轧制能力。
This paper describes the solution of fracture problems existed in the heavy 70Mn Cast steel rolls by rare earth metals modification and V, Ti microalloying. As a result, the fracture-resistance and rolling-force of the rolls are increased.
